Post Jack Michelberg - Very Bad News

Jack Mickelberg, one of your most loyal bonsai enthusiasts passed away last week of heart attack. This is his sister and I thought you should know. You all were so wonderful when he nearly severed his toe.

His leaving has been the hardest thing I ever went through, but his wife, Amy and his kids need your prayers for strength. I miss him. Thank you.

I am so sorry to hear of Jack's passing. I met Jack through this forum and got a chance to talk to him about bonsai and software. And then his unfortunate mishap with the lawnmower....

My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family during this time of great loss.

Paul

Captain Jack will be missed. He had one of the funniest web sites I had ever seen. Maybe now he can get the clue to where the Holy Grail is, Monty Python sure coudn't find it. With sympathy, Al Keppler

When Jack was not on the board for a while, I thought he was just takeing the time to heal from his accident.

My thoughts go out to you, his wife and his children. Life is not always fair. But you had the good fortune of the time you all had with Jack. We will miss him, but not like you. He will always be a part of you!

Allow yourself the time to grieve. Then allow the time to enjoy what you have. Your brother, your husband and your father will always be with you!

As one of the fortunate ones who also just had a heart attack last week and survived my sympathies go out to the family. Jack was an unique person who always contributed from the heart and he will be missed.
