Paul, I'm looking right now at my eighteen year old dog, Molly. She has a lot of little problems but how do you decide when to say goodbye? How do you lose a family member that spent their whole life loving you?

You'll miss Mars, he was certainly a beautiful and exceptional cat. You can never replace him. But you know what he would want you to do? Give a home to another kitty when you feel that you can. He knew how much love you have in your heart.

Our pets make us richer in spirit and in Life. The world would be very empty without them.

Joanie

Sorry for your loss. A few months ago we lost our cat of 16 years - very depressing. I still
find myself looking for him as I walk through the house.

Aww Paul that's really sad news. Losing a pet is like losing a family member, because you invest so much love into them. I'm really sorry to hear what happened.

Keep your spirits up!

All the best,

Aaron

Looking at the picture with the bird on his back, he also seems to be very Marsmellow to!
He looks like a very happy cat on those pics.

Paul,
Sorry to hear about Mars, and at such a young age. Thats a nice thought you had about naming your nursery after him. I'll be thinking it over during the day and see if I can come up with something.

Just did a real quick translation for an english to japanese dictionary, and the result for Mars Nursery (seperately) was Marusu Ikushujo. Not sure if it is the other way around, someone who is fluent might be able to help you there. But it's a start for the thought process.

Sorry for your loss Paul, I've had to deal with this issue several times in my life, and it doesn't get any easier.

Take Care.
