No, it's the other way around. 1 is lowest and 10 is highest. The highest scored article wins. When you are ready to vote, you will see the numbers. As you are looking at the big white square with the number in it, scroll down and you will see your forum name. There will be numbers with little circles, and a place to type your comment. It will be self-explanatory when you see it.

There are actually two places to vote on the same page. "Quick Rate" gives you just the numbers. Then, below, there is a larger section with your name in it, that says "Add your comments". If other people have voted and commented, you will have to scroll down through those to get to the "Add your comments" area. You can use either one for voting, but only "Add your comments" allows you to... add your comments.

"Check My Votes" is enabled
When you are voting on the articles in the contest, you can now use a function called "Check my Votes" to see if there are any you missed.
Go to the "User CP" in the banner above, and you will see "Check my Votes" under the "Bonsai Buddies" area. By clicking on "Check my Votes" you will be able to see what you still have left to vote on. You can go straight from there, to the articles you haven't done. A couple of people may not have voted on all of the articles, so make sure to check when you think that you are done! Thank you, Matt, for getting this worked out for us. Joanie
