Friends of Bonsai Northern Ireland
Mr Cliff Farley
(Telephone & e.mail deleted by admin for safety)

I hope this chap should be able to help.

I am from NI, Belfast originally, but have been working in England 15 years.

Please say hello to Belfast for me!

Hi Both,

Just for safety, I have removed the contact points.

If anyone needs the information, please contact either of the above members by PM.

With over 9000 members, this is a popular and busy site.

As admin, we have to remove a large amount of spam, mostly before anyone here gets to see it!

I would hate someone who has not necessarily given permission, to have their details in public, then to be flooded out by "junk" calls or e.mails.

PM's direct or a posting linking to already public information (like a website or article on them) is far safer for all concerned.

Hope you understand.

Thanks,
Ian.

Hi Ian,

No problems I fully understand.

However these details were found on a publicly veiwable website, with an invitation to contact the person by email or telephone anytime.

However I fully understand your concerns.

Thanks for editing the post.

Here is a link that shows a society webpage ... but that is different to the one you gave ?

Buy all means link using the "Insert Hyperlink" (globe and chain link logo) above the text entry box, for any others.

Regards,
Ian.

Maybe that's why they don't answer their emails anymore... a hotmail account full of spam!!

You could be right there Joanie.

I had a divert on the Walsall sales e-mail to a private address here at home.

Just recently, I have had lots of problems..... and have now changed to a new one. At one point, although my filters were removing most on my PC, when I connected directly to the "wanadoo" server, it was filling up at the rate of 1000 spams every 2 days and freezing the account with overload.

Now, should I divert those to my new address

The people responsible (did I hear only 50 spammers account for 95% of the internets spam ?) should be traced and brought to justice, just like the headline case recently.

If you out there and looking... don't even think about it !!!

Regards,
Ian.
