Triangle Bonsai Society ( Raleigh, NC )
I'm from the Raleigh area. I'm guessing Winston Salem may be closer for you depending on what part of Rockingham county you're from. There are some excellent classes offered at the Bonsai Learning Center in Charlotte. I think Randy Clark, the VP of the Bonsai Society of the Carolinas owns the BLC. Steve Pilacik, owner of the Matsu Momiji Bonsai Nursery near Raleigh also teaches an all day beginners class once a month. He specializes in Japanese Black Pine. I just visited the nursery last weekend. Good luck. Last edited by cray13 : 7-Jun-2006 at 09:48 AM. |
