Annual Fresno Club Sale
The Fresno Bonsai Society had its club sale tonight. Many great things to buy. As usual I was broke due to Christmas, but did manage to sell afew things and bartered a few things.

A nice large formal pot and a grape stump by Treekutter. A new poster here on BonsaiTALK, but been in bonsai for 20+ years.

Another view of the grape. It is a muskat, and about 9" across at the base. Stands about 24" tall. You can tell by now, I'm rather interested in this plant. I have never had a grape before, but this tree had character and spoke to me. But... at 100.00 a little out of my price range since all I had sold was 4 rolls of wire at 5.00 a piece.

In this pic, I brought three stands that I had made some time back. Steve was willing to trade out stands for the grape tree. Yippi, I had my tree, Steve had some stands and all is happy. I sold my large round pot and things are good in Kepplerville.
Oh BTW I bought a boxfull of shohin pots. Check in the pot forum for an update on the buy of the century.

When I got home my 10 year old daughter said nice stands and I told her I traded for them she said it was a good trade.I agree thanks AL . Good luck with the vine
