Annual Club Nursery Crawl

Hi Everybody!

Today was the Badger Bonsai Societies Annual Nursery Crawl.
What a blast, I look forward to it every year.
We always go to the same nursery, as they always seem to have the best stuff and prices.
Sadly only 3 club members, and the president showed up.
Oh well more for me, I mean us.

Here are the pics

The average price was about $5 per tree, even the mugo wasn't much more than that.

hello all, i live in channahon illinois, and have been interested in joining a group. i think the prairie state bonsai group would be g4reat or midwest bonsai. i have been to the shows at chicago botanic gardens for the last two years, and down to brussels in mississippi. i have been growing trees for about 5 years or so, and i know there is a ton to learn. i have read many books, and i think the only way to truly learn is to talk to experienced people, and take some classes. i grew up right down the street from dahn lindstrum, and i ran into him a couple years ago at a nursery, and i also understand he is the pres. of prairie state bonsai society. does anyone have an email address that i can get a hold of him at? or if oyu know him and talk to him, ask him to send me an email , i would appreciate it greatly. thank you very much, and if anyone has any info for upcoming classes or shows, please let me know, i would absolutely love to attend them. thanks again,
jay muzzey
