Suthin Sukolvisit coming to Kansas City

He will be here this weekend, August 25 and 26. Late August is a tough time here in KC, but Suthin will be working with shohin. PM me if you need directions to the Loose Park Garden Center in Kansas City!

This is a must attend event for serious bonsaiists. Suthin is a true artist.

Chris, I'll be driving through, when and where, I might be able to stop by. John

Sat and Sun 25th and 26th at Loose Park Garden Center, KCMO

I have just been informed that I may be doomed for posting this...the club can't hide if we tell people where they are!

How was it?

So Chris, how was it? It's probably been over for a while and you should be just about home now.

I would have loved to have gone, but unfortunately circumstances precluded it this year. Suthin is on my short list of Masters I'd really like to work with.

Well the visit was short but educational. Suthin shipped all the materials here, so they were trees he had grown himself. My purchase did not materialize as I didn't find out about it soon enough myself. However, I did win the raffle for this small juniper that will make a nice semi-cascade "second tree."

Randy King got what I would consider the best piece of material in the bunch. The curves were very natural and folded on themselves well. It will be beautiful shohin in a short time.
