We have been wiring, cleaning, wiring, jinning, wiring, carving, wiring, etc. Get the drift? I ordered about 60 lbs of annealed copper wire from Jim Gremel for the week, and we have made a serious dent....... Seriously, if you have a bring your own tree workshop, make sure that you have cleaned it up (removed old needles, leaves, dead branches (ones that won't be Jin), , have found the real neabari, have an idea of what you would like the tree to be. I was able to join John and Marco on Friday, learned quiet a bit about wire work just from paying attention to what the Master was up to. Picked up some useful info from the visit, also walked away with a small but collected ponderosa pine I purchased from John. Thanks for having me out John! I was impressed with you both.
