Well I am finally home. Just want to thank Chris for the invite and hospitality and to everyone there, I had a great time. It's always nice to meet new people who love bonsai. And you know Chris is a nice guy, no matter what WH says.
Hope we can get together again soon.
Frank

I also want to put my 2cts. worth in here regarding the workshops. I can't think of many times when I've learned as much as I did during these two days. As a newbie/intermediate sort, it's great to meet and pick the brains of guys (and gals) who have been doing this for a long time. It's neat to get the different perspectives of people who have had different training. I know that is what happens on this forum everyday, but when the conversation is right in front of you, and you are looking at the material in question, it really lets things gel. I got to see some awesome trees, and some awesome pre-trees. Thanks, Chris, for hosting these!
It was great to meet the Kroeker brothers, Randy, Bill, Dan/grog. Also good to see Ciro, Bill B., and Gil.
John and Harry, really was hoping you two could have made it as well. Vic

Sounds like everyone had a good time but I see no one posting any pictures of the trees they took to the workshop as some promised. I would really like to see some of the before and after shots.
