Very nice, I really like the near square pot, it is fine. John

Gonzo,
Why would you take a very natural looking driftwood style upright juniper and try to make a cascade out of it? I am asking a serious question, what in the design speaks to you that way?

John

I think it was something Al said earlier:

Changing the obvious is something I often do since I work with a lot of plants often very quickly. Once in awhile adding such an unexpected directional twist even though it may take quite some time produces beneficial results.

Admittedly however, it can produce some spectacular failures too. hehe

Al seems pretty advanced so I did not believe I was doing any harm other than throwing the more or less requested "outside the box" look at the material up for consideration.

Cheers,
