Neat to see this still has some intrest in it from others. I remember sometime back someone? writing me wanting permissions to print it for their club news letter overseas. Maybe I can get Day around to finishing it if he hears people are still reading and commenting on it.

dont even remember if i posted when he first posted this, but id say now im in between stage 2 and 3. I realize that if i spend more i get better quality, but yet i also realize that i dont have the money to spend more. I have also realized that i need to scale down my selection of tropicals, and as for deciduous, focus on 3 at most, or by focus i realize i just need to not focus and let them grow grow grow for years.

interesting how ive grown over the year.

Seedling Credit for Reading and Listening, NOT Mistake Making

Somehow, I learned that through reading, prior to purchasing my first tree. I knowingly purchased a pre-bonsai. Then, I sought out a sensei, and follwing his direction, I repotted it into a collander filled with pumice.

Again, because I read here in this forum, examined what others were saying, and LISTENED, I have learned the least painful way.
