When to replant seedlings?

I have recenlty planted about 30 Sequoiadendron giganteum (Giant Sequioa) seeds, of which (6) have germinated. They are only about 2 inches tall right now, in a humidity dome, inside. When should I replant them into their own containers and upon repotting, do I keep them in a humid environment like the dome?

Thanks,

Chris
