taking cuttings

i have this tree at work dont know what kind it is but i was wating to know if it would be a good one to take and how to kace them sorry pic not good

Hard to tell from that picture, but i would say a hemlock. I have seen some really nice hemlock bonsai. Find a branch you like and try to air layer it. Be advised however...I have never attempted an air layer on a hemlock and only assumong that it will work on that type of tree.
