excellent. thanks for the detail.
how important are air holes? right now they're sealed in a plastic bag. I imagine I may be opening it from time to time, though.

not really that important, just keep an eye out for mold.
Also don't place these guys in direct sunlight if they are in the bag because they will goet cooked. If you want to put them in light, then take the back off |
