Planting Seeds
I just got in Chinese Elm seeds and Japanese Black Pine seeds from the mail. They didnt come with instructions on what I should do with them like puting them in a wet wet paper towel in a bag in the refridgerator for a week or so like I did with some other seeds. Also is it to late to plant them and if so what should I do with them is it ok to put them in the freezer until spring.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. ![]() |

Ok, dont use wet kitchen towel, use damp kitchen towel (just mist it gently with your tree mister, if not wet it then ring it out at good as possible.)
Then store in a plastic bag in the Fridge, leave them in there until round about mid january/february (opening bag once a week and moving the seeds around) Then plant out in either seed trays or pots (seed trays i find best) Then just keep the soil damp and they should germinate in a month or 3.
