"It has always been the prerogative of children and half-wits to point out that the emperor has no clothes. But the half-wit remains a half-wit, and the emperor remains an emperor."

This is a self defining statement that is skewed at the outset for a proscribed response.

Half wits and children aren't the only ones who can point out nakedness.

It can also be the perorgative of rather normal people to point out the emperor's nakididitty . They remain sane folks who understand who's clothed and who's not. The emperor remains naked, nevertheless...

Sometimes it's hard to believe what people will bicker about here.

True. And I didn't even mean to start anything. Just wanted to make a few people chuckle. Guess it didn't work (again)

I want to know what kind of person writes a word like nakididitty. I heard those bonsai folks are kind of strange.

It must be left to professionals...amateur wordsmiths need not apply!

I didn't know we were bickering, I thought it was more like throwing a lit match into a gas tank to see if there was any gas in it. Just to see what would happen? I had no idea it was just a joke. That's fine too, I default to my out-house philosophy post.

Having MORE BETTER things to do, at least that's my excuse, I will leave nakididitty alone for fear of exposing my stupididitty.

ps: I don't dare spell check the preceeding for fear of having my computer implode.

Ron - I got a chuckle over this last night. And I did notice it was posted in the bonsai quotes section.

Enough said - no?
