Thumbs up

Well I can say that i am edified to the max. Thank you so much for giving us all an update on Dans' work Vic. The word 'naturalistic' springs to mind as i view his trees.
Await with much anticipation on further postings of this legends work. I remember when the garden was created, it was shown in a series of articles and pictures in one of the magazines a friend lent me.
Great work Vic

Regards Ash

An inspirational walk that surely touched your soul. You write beautifully, quite apart from your exceptional photos. The carving is worth visiting again and again, his talent is amazing.

Thank you so much, you brought a gift to all of us.

I got distracted for a short while... and did not finish the uploading of additional pics... I hope these offerings will also add to the sense of wonder one feels to see such works.

For the many kind words contributed I truly thank you all. I am so joyful to know that the efforts I invested into trying to cataglog so much of Mr. Robinson's work has been so well recieved.

When I first visited the garden last fall I saw it with inexperianced eyes... barely able to take in the wonders that were before me. I can only say that indeed going back to the garden was a experiance too lovely to be accurately described. The perfect weather of a fine March afternoon, the garden almost completely to myself, and wandering amoung such beauty. But to see the trees with eyes that had been taught so much over the course of months was the most profound aspect of the adventure. To know some of the why and how of bonsai made it a much more personal experiance. I can largely attribute that eye opening education to the efforts of a great many good and sincere friends here. Who have born up with great patience, the incessant questions I have asked. To each and everyone of you who has contributed to my bonsai education, directly or otherwise, I most humbly thank you. It is a singular joy to be able to give something of value to so appreciated a group of individuals.

All my deepest respect,

Ms. Vic
