AUCTION FAQ: Blocking Specific Bidders

We have a new feature for sellers allowing sellers to selectively block individual users from bidding on your auctions. A seller might wish to do this based on a
bad past history with a buyer or for other reasons of his/her own choosing.

This feature only applies to SELLERS

To block a user from bidding on your auctions

1. login at http://www.bonsaiauctions.com
2. click on the Blocklist button close to the upper right corner of the
   screen
   
3. Enter the username of the user you want to block (USERNAME), and optionally, the reason (REASON) and whether you want to display that reason to them (SHOW)
4. Click submit
5. You may add or remove blocked users at any time.

"Reasons" only appear if selected and only to the user who was blocked. Reason comments are subject to review by the auction administration because profanity and threats are strictly prohibited.
