That could be Yodas albino cousin...the lack of green skin tipped me off that it couldn't be him

Hey Dale,

Nice Fig,but..however I feel I would remove the apex maybe and....LOL just kidding.I love the fig and his new pet.For awhile now I have wanted to tie some Tigerbarks to a statue and let them choke the life out of it,like the way they cling to the big buddhas in Thailand or something.Again,Nice tree-cute statue! I'm guessing you made him?

Don't let your friends either!!
Dale

BTW, Pine, these are just purchased "Dedo" and "Ptooey" figures I put in while repotting this spring.
NOTHING, I've found produces aerial roots like the "normal" FBD or , secondly, Ficus Green Island. Followed by Arboricola. At least here in Ohio.

Chris,
The ONLY place I've seen anything in the FBD line that was nice was Jim Smiths. Vero Beach
But, they are more than $15.... !!!
There were three types of FBD , the "normals" had the largest leaves ( but pretty small anyway as you can see, and reduce fine) but roots/trunks sooooo much nicer than other varieties.
IMO
Here's a couple pics I've shown before of one Jim gave me to use for a demo down there.
A few aerial roots.
All were growing in these 10" buld pans.
I've used some in workshops. Most will easily go into a much shallower pot, like my first one. Hardly had to remove any roots.

Oh, now I'm never gonna live that down

I have spent considerably more than $15 a pop on trees. In fact, I killed two $150 JWPs in one season!

I promise, if you have a nice FBD next time I run across your booth, I will buy it.

I've never had one at my booths in Columbus. Only once at Ann Arbor. Only ordered for workshops.
You could order one from Jim.

The pines dies of a fungus or mold engendered by my poor knowledge of JWP watering needs. White fuzzy stuff all over

I'll look into Jim's wares. Ta.
