Unhappy The inevitable demise of bonsaial

Please pull up a chair and lend me your ear for I have a story to tell of the horrible fate that has befallen Al Keppler.

It was during the spring of 2004 when the event occurred, forever changing the bonsai world. It was a day like any other day with Al putting his skills to use creating masterful display benches and renovating his yard. He stopped to wipe his brow on his shirt sleeve when he noticed the skies turning black. The wind picked up and began to howl in a madding crescendo. A large object appeared above his yard. One single stream of light came pouring down rendering him motionless. A mechanical probe extended from the object hovering overhead and pierced his skull with a crunching sound. An army of rabies infested spider mites were injected into Al Keppler's brain and then the object was gone. The skies cleared and Al fell to his knees. Al regained consciousness a few hours later at the hospital.

Al concocted a story from a place within his mind which was slowly being attacked by the spider mites. His condition has worsened drastically over the past year and I fear we will lose him unless we act together. I would like to stage an intervention to perform an emergency air layer of the remaining unaffected portion of Al's brain. I know we can do it because I learned the procedure on BrainSurgeryTALK.com.

Please respond if you are willing to help me end the slow torture of Al Keppler that has taken him into the depths of madness.

Thanks in advance for all of your support.

Mark

So I'm guessing that this wasn't as funny as I intended it to be. My sincere apologies if it in fact offended anyone. Especially you Al. I just thought of it after seeing the "Bonsai Bully" thingy above your avatar.

Now this is funny stuff. I love it!

I always say; "Play to your strengths, if you can't do bonsai, write funny stuff!"

Just kidding

I was going to ask if one of the more experienced members of this forum would take me on as an apprentice to teach me the art of bonsai. I quickly decided against it however after seeing how Will turned out.
