I definately have an edge over a lot of people here in oppurtunities to learn a lot about tropicals since I live within a few miles of dura-stone and within a few feet of jim's house and private collection. I mentioned that Jim Vanlandingham has been giving me lessons every wednesday. That has been a great help causing me to progress at a hundred miles a minute. I was actually lucky enough to trim on one of Jim Smith's 10,000 dollar trees.

You are definitely on the fast track. Forgot to mention the third Jim. He is another one of the good guys.
Listen to them and you can't go wrong.
Hoe to see you the next time I am in town.

Sorry to say but I only get there on Mondays due to business obligations. But one never knows, you might wind up coming with the Vero Beach Jim's to the Jupiter Jim's place for one of my half baked demo's.

for some strange reason after reading this I find myself crying!

Maybe its because monday is the 1st anniversary of my Father inlaws' passing, or am just a bit melancholy so early in this morning, I do not know.

RIP Ron, and all the other wonderful people who are no longer with us to enjoy the banter here.

We all miss you.

Ken
