What was so offensive about my tongue-in-cheek reply to this thread
http://forum.bonsaitalk.com/showthread.php?t=19376 In which I referred to a specialist in Brooklyn called "Yews Guys?" Apparently the moderators are very vigilant to guard against anyone having FUN within a serious thread. If so, I'd like to see the portion of the Terms of Use which forbids this. Since I committed such an egregious breach of forum policy, I am curious as to why no notice was given of the deletion in order that I might take an extra "conformity" pill to treat my condition. |

What a faux pas you made, a thoughtless act which has far reaching consequences that you have quite rightly earned.
I take it you have heard of Jimmy Cagney the famous actor who starred in many gangster movies. One of his most memorable lines in film was. I quote: "Yews guys won't take me alive" By todays standards this is simply not allowed anymore, not politically correct. So you now see the dilemma you placed on the forum. Had you used the correct terminology " Taxus people" it may have been overlooked. Ah! maybe not the I.R.S might have taken a closer look at you. Anyway you must have upset someone but as i didn't see your post i shall jump right back into my mushroom box. Ash
