bonsaiTALK Hint: Did you know you can double click any bonsai term on this page for its definition?

I came up on this site: bonsaipotato while searching on some bonsai related stuff on google.Take a look at the gallery. To me this was a completely new and quite funny thing actually. That's certainly not for me

Maybe they will line the shelves of WalMart and Target with these. At least they are more suitable for the enviroment they provide. I actually have some potato bonsai under my kitchen sink as we speak. I am willing to part with them at $15.00 each.

I have seen some cool looking Grape vine bonsai, and would probably give that a try first.

There's been a potato in our Gallery for some time. I wasn't sure quite how to classify it.

I've heard you can easily make excellent shari on these with nothing more than a potato peeler.

Wow! There are some serious artists, there!
I'm moving out of this forum.
It's been wonderful beeing here, but I've got a lot of potatoes in need for attention...
Bye.

I am planning a "Root Vegetable-Over-Rock" design as well as a "Windspud" style.

If I succeed, I will move on to create"French Fry Forest". LOL

Bye.

Aren't you concerned that

1. overcollecting may diminish the wild potato population, and so reduce future generation's potential enjoyment of the wild potato?

2. mass production and the prevalence of this so-called art in malls and grocery stores may create a mallsai equivalent, SPUDSAI?
