COLIN PEARSON STUDIO POTTERY BONSAI PLANTER

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...item=2073611522

What makes this a rare pot? Maybe it's that the potter forgot to add the drainage holes? or for some reason, glazed the interior as opposed to the exterior?

Positive: This would be the ideal pot for your artificial tree, and could double as an attractive ashtray or soapdish.

Regards,

Matt

STP, no offense, but I kinda like the boat. I believe these are used in saikai plantings, that have sand for "water". If I can find a good pic I will send it to ya, but try a search for some old Chinese Penjing. You will see alot of the fisherman/boats in the sand/water. This one has some good detail as it seems. Wish I knew what the exact size is. Is it in inches or what?

Here's one. Worth the price just for the pot alone!

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...item=2072604340

Check out some of this seller's other auctions as well. Absolutely amazing.

OMC,

Does sarcasm count as something positive? I think it was a great idea to package a bottle brush and a coffee mug together like that. Sheer genius.

Hey!
Look at this:

Amazing "RUGGED BARKED TRUNK & BASE"!
I wish I had a tree like that.

Hey, man, it's just because it's the fall. All trees are looking shabby this time of year, he says so right in his auction, so it must be true. And all of his other auctions. He has to...
