It seems that so many of you have used Turface, but I cannot find any specifics.--I've looked at the Turface website, but there are so many uses I'm unsure what to shop for. Any hints - names, ingredients, sources, etc.

Turface called MVP in my area is the one I use as it has the biggest granules.

check with your local little league. it is typically used for baseball fields and your little league can point you to a source. otherwise, try the bonsaimonk site, www.bonsaimonk.com if you need only 50 lbs or so and don't mind the shipping fees

YOU CAN NOT RUSH TIME
|
AFN, you may want to look for a local connection. Turface isn't light. If you need it in quantity you will be better off with a local source. Plus buying by the 50lb bag gets it at a much lower cost. Last time I picked it up (2 years ago) I got a few 50lb bags at $11.00 each. I'm sure it might be a bit higher but.....
just my two cents Jay

Carries a product called a TURFACE ALL-SPORT. This is Turface MVP relabled and in a different bag for John Deere. Go on thier website and find a location near you. I buy it there for about 14.00 for a 50 pound bag. hope this helps |

Schultz Clay Soil Condition is a similar product. ACE hardware carries it, or can special order it.

Schultz also sells it as Aquatic Plant Soil. I just bought mine today at Home Depot.
