Other uses for Kanuma?

Does anyone use Kanuma for anything else besides an azaleas soil? I bought a large bag for a collected azalea that I potted and now I have half of it left. Should I just hold onto it for the next repot a year or two or 3 down the line?

Best regards,
LB

Hi Pound,

I did use it as a facial scrub.. only kidding

The answer to your question is basically - Anything. Its a well draining soil medium that would be suitable for a vast majority of trees and shrubs. As you already know, its a favourite for azaleas.

Personally, I'd just save it for the next repot, unless you have another tree in a container that could do with a better soil?

All the best,

Aaron

Thanks Aaron for your reply, i will probably do that... unless i need some extreme exfoliating.

is it naturally acidic, (like some anti lime kryptonite sort of stuff)?

thanks,
LB
