I'm impatient, so I just left it overnight. It really thickens up, so I think you do need some time to let it sit.

Well with mine I pat it down then cook it for 6 minutes then spead it out and then let it air out for 4 hours then give it a good whirl in a blender...

By the way what are we talking about?

i let it sit for almost 3 days, then again it was about 100% humidity the day i decided to make a batch
