By law, all fertilizer must be guaranteed to contain a specific analysis of ingredients. Primary plant nutrients consist of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium. N, P, K. 20-20-20 sounds like a soluble all purpose fertilizer. Nitrogen- essential in the formation of chlorophyll. stimulates plant growth Phosphorous- necessary for cell division and energy transfer. stimulate root growth Potassium- required for enzyme reactions. associated with flowering and color enhancement Gary San |
