Well. I think this is an outstanding idea and I intend to donate the first place prize material as shown below. My only requisite is that the raw bonsai material be limited to no more than $25,000 (USDollars of course). Duh

errr....the next contest is a display contest using your own material, not a styling contest. So the material is not as important as the artistic display.

Last I heard we would be allowed to use someone else's material if we wished. I am not sure if this is still true, but it would make sense. The only thing that matters in a display is how well it is executed, not who's material it is. Gosh, I am sounding like Andy.

Duh; Oh yeah I knew that. In fact I got a sneak peek at one of the "early entries" out of the Texas area.
