If permitted, I propose that all contest entrants vote to allow Putti's entry, even though he failed to post b4 pix top view.
We've all had the experience, I'm sure, of eagerly going to work on some new material and then saying "oops, I meant to take a picture of that!"
Will wants to keep the contest fair, which is good, but if all agree that it's fair to let putti's entry in anyway, then there's no fairness issue, right? No harm, No foul?
