Wow what a weekend just got back from a weekend workshop with Kevin Wilson
at the BOnsai Shop in sunny Whitstable if any one has never done a workshop
before with the likes of kevin I really recomend it day one Kevin heleped me
pick out a beautifull Juniper full of dead wood and live veins recently
imported from japan I cleaned up allthe foliage and kevin guided me through
all aspects of working with this sort of high quality material He then
carved out the dead wood areas with great skill wow the day had gone day
two I started wiring at 9am and finished about 2.30pm kevin then guided me
through the placment of the foliage what can i say im extatic with what i
came home with and with Kevins words in my ears 3-4 years time that tree
willl be in the GInko Show thats what im aiming for now I ntend to do
at least 1 workshop a year now and spend my money on the best quality
material i can find and afford to get for all those who have never
done a workshop book one now you wont be dissapointed

thanks to Kevin and Richard and also to Nick Pearce and his mum for the
great weekend whens the next one

Kevin visited Australia in 2002 and his workshops and demonstrations were
received with similar acclaim. He will be visiting again this July -August.
Brisbane, Adelaide and Sydney. He will be conducting Sydney demonstrations
and workshops, 31st July to 2nd August. If anybody wants more information
