Yellow leaves on Fukien Tea

Hi,
My first (and to date only) bonsai, a Fukien Tea, is growing like crazy. Every day there's something new to look at and decide on, but it's recently developed a few (three or four) yellowish leaves on the inside of the canopy. These leaves pull off very easily and they really have me worried.
There are bugs in the soil, I don't know what kind, and I just haven't had a chance to re-pot it yet and get rid of the bugs. Is there a kind of bug that could cause this effect? I really don't want my tree to have termites, but I'm open to that suggestion as well.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

I had a similar experience a couple of months ago with my Fukien Tea. I had it inside and it wasn't getting enough light. I put it outside and it cured the problem. Everything I have read says they like bright light but not necessarily direct sun although some people have reported keeping theirs in full sun all the time with good success.

Be careful with insecticides on this plant as they can be very sensitive. People on this forum have reported useing neem oil with great success. I have used it also and it has worked well with the exception of an infestation of mealy bugs on about a dozen trees at a nursery near hear. I am still trying to research that one.
