Wierd White Fungus Maybe?
in one of my seedlings soil(he is in my room seperated from the others) there is this sort of perlite looking white foamy stuff all over the soil, its slimy too, i think it is fungus, if so how should i get rid of it?

On the surface of the soil? Are you maybe watering too much? What is the seedling? Have you tried removing the stuff to see if it comes back? Sorry, but this is not enough information to even attempt a guess. I would try removing the substance and concentrate on not overwatering to see if it comes back. Have you used any fertilizer? Too many questions, too little time...........
