White Mould
Hi there,
I am new Bonsais. I have just got a twelve year old Ligustrum Sinense mollsai. I have done as much reading as I have been able to within the Internet. However, I am now facing a problem that is taking the better of me. The leaves of the tree are under some kind of white mold attack. I keep on brushing off the white dust with my fingers, but it comes back again and again. It spreads on both sides of the leafs. Please could anyone out there suggest some kind of approach. Looks like powdery mildew to me. Spray with a fungicidal spray and be sure to maintain good airflow so as to prevent it from coming back.
