There appears to be some sort of spots on the mold in the picture, are these star shaped by any chance?

It just apeared one day.
I was told by a horticulturalist to spry the surface with a vinagar water mix, and if that doesn't work a tea tree oil and water mix.
Well niether one seems to be doing the trick.
The amount of the mold has gone down, but not gone.
Any ideas?

Thanks
Well it could be mildew or mold. This could be because of over watering. Hope my advice will help

moldy cotoneaster

My bonsai appears to have a white mold on its branches. Will this go away with more sunlight and less watering
