tiny white things and??????
My juniper has really tiny white bugs on and around the base of the trunk. I also noticed that the dirt looks like it has been pushed out of the pot, as though something is "burrowing" down there. Do I have two different pests? I want to check out the roots to see if i do have bugs under there, as well as the little white guys. so, do I treat the plant first or check the root area before I do any treating?

Check !
Here's my advice. Check and if so bare root it then completly spray it with the garden hose, repot. If that does'nt work then treat Weakest treatment to Strongest.
