OK, what's my problem?

I just discovered this was going on with my huge BC. After repotting it and placing it in the greenhouse(where it has been just over a week), comes out this weekend. Was looking at it when I noticed that there are these white spots on most of the foliage(which is still leafing out) and that some of the tips of the foliage as crisp. I need to know what they are and how to treat it please. From my perspective it looks like the foliage is damping off but I know I could be wrong. Thanks to all who reply.

The last pic shows the tree on 4-4-08 after I repotted and repositioned it to give you size of the tree.

Spray it fugicide and insectisidal soap that will take care of the problem for sure.
