Name That Bug!

See these guys all over. Usually around plants. They are a fly like thing. Have large eyes seem rather smart in that they know when yer comin' (makes it hard to photograph). Makes me wonder if they're predators. They are triangular in shape, red or pink heads and thorax, black and white lace-like wings.

Without a better picture I might guess a parasitic wasp. That could be the info you need to find it on the web.

Thanks Waltr. This was the underside of an old clothesline that my Wisteria are growing. He moved under there when he saw me coming like leafhoppers do.

Nope. None of these guys pull up as Beneficial...I'll keep looking.
