I never thought it would happen to me!
My Serissa Foetida has very small grey furry balls under the leave stem connections. I think I saw one walking as well.
My Punica Granatum, Fujien Tea and Sageretia Theezans all have small light green or off white balls. They look like eggs or something. What can I do, now. Reason I saw them was that I was wondering why leaves are turning yellow. Was it the weather change or these pests. Help! |

Can you post a picture, a picture is truly worth a thousand words in diagnosis of problems with your tree.

Syburn -
Your description sounds like a mealybug. This is a sucking insect, related to scale. They have a waxy coating that helps to protect them from pesticides. For a minor infestation, a hard spray of water may alleviate the pest problem. If that does not work, an oil spray with pyrethrin or neem may work. -Candy |

I am 8 floors up on a balcony. I find it very interesting that some bugs ever manage to find my tiny bonsai when there are bigger plants down on the ground.
How do these things travel around? |
