Hibiscus Rosa-Sinensis in trouble..

Hey everyone,

I am having some problems with my Hibiscus, which I hope you can help me with. It started shedding yellow leaves and I noticed some small flies on top of the leaves and larvae underneath them. Does anyone know what kind of bug this is and how I can get rid of it?
I have added some photoes of the creatures and the plant, that might help.

Whitefly maybe. I used some Safer's insectidal soap on something that looked similar on some of my plants that took care of the problem.

Pretty much any soft bodied insect can be killed with what alot of people refer to as S.A.W. - soap, alcohol, water. gallon of water, a tablespoon or two of dish soap, and a tablespoon of isopropyl (sp?) alcohol. It is cheaper than "specialty" soaps, and just as safe, provided you use a biodegradable soap. Use a clean spray bottle, soak the plant down, underside as well, wait a couple hours and rinse. Repeat every couple days until bugs are dead.
