Bug good bugs in disguise...

I was trimming some of my malpigghias yesterday morning, noticing that there were some aphids....and some lady bug larvae on the tree. Most folks are not familiar with what a lady bug looks like in it's larval form. So, I ran into the house, grabbed the digital camera and snapped a bunch of shots. Unfortunately, no matter how hard I tried, I could not focus the camera on something that tiny and the pictures were fuzzy.

I got on the computer and googled "lady bug larvae" and good pictures came up. The reason I am posting this is because if you saw the lady bug larvae and wasn't aware of what it was, you would think it was a bad bug and kill it.
They don't look anything like the adult. Please google the lady bug larvae so that when you see one, you will know it's a good thing. By the way, they eat tons of aphids in their larval form also.
gotta love those lady bugs.
