A day swimming and good bye ants
Hey, this is my flamboyant (sorry, I used to write flandeyant before
) swimming... I had a huge amount of ants on it, and I was told that the ants bring up some acarus that sucked the tree... well, I don't know, but they were not friendly and had to die... ![]()

Re: A day swimming and good bye ants
A lot of the time ants are a sign of aphids. The sticky residue that the aphids leave behind is ambrosia to ants. I'd check under the leaves very closely.
Of course, If the ants are just living in the dirt, then yes, they must die. Capt. Jack |

Re: A day swimming and good bye ants
I'm just curious whether you have those little tiny Argentinian ants we have here, or those big, scary, carry-away-your-firstborn sized ants?

Oh Jack I checked the leaves, and they're fine... thanks... (no bugs, or anything at all)
