Black Spots on the Leaves of my Ficus and Ilex!

Hello all.

I have 4 Burt Davyi Ficus 'nana' and an Ilex vomitoria, All of them seem to have small black spots on the leaves.
Is this a fungus problem? Or something else?

I have been batteling bugs on these ever since I got them, first meally bugs, took care of them then I got scale, little buggers. I think I have them under control now. Then I noticed the black spots.

Any help would be helpful

Thanks
-Paul

I forgot to mention that all of my other trees are fine. No signs of the spots or anything else for that matter.

Sorry about that. I thought they posted. Here are the pictures.
First one is the ficus.
Second and Third are the Ilex.
Thanks all.
