Pine yamadori
Today was yamadori day. It was a beautiful day in the mountains and the hunting went fine.
The big one is 75 cm tall with a 6.5 cm trunk. I also stumbled across a shohin sized pretty old pine. I just lifted the thing up without cutting or tearing any roots. I do not usually collect these tiny trees but this one jumped into my pocket. I hope you see the potential that I see in these ![]() |

The larger pine looks like it has great potential. Good luck with it.
