Chat tip

If I see someone waiting to chat and they haven't filled out their profile info I so I can see who they are, location and interests, I probably won't go there. Please consider doing this, I think you'll get more action.

Easy, - make sure your details are filled in under the "user cp" so people can actually see your location, likely weather conditions, perhaps age and other interests.

This will give people a good starting point if they wish to join you in chat.

Regards,
Ian.

Speaking about CP profiles, what does the bottom right hand corner mean where it says "(Name) isn't a member of any public groups" ? I've never seen it say otherwise.

Wondered about that myself.

Thats easy Joanie. It is a request for those that have not yet filled out their member profile to please do so.
It is an important request and has been repeated often.

well, I check the chat everytime I am in here, if there are good people there I join in. I'm not too fussed about what climate they come from, if we talk about trees then they can tell me what their local conditions are.The chat feature is great, except that from time to time you get dismissed, timed out, or the chat frame freezes on you.
