Fish,

That's a good idea, deck tiles. I may have to use that myself.

Nice setup overall too.

Regards,

TB

sorry to dig up the thread. but some of these display benches are really good, its really amazing that some people leave bonsai in the front yard, anything we leave ot round is likely to be stolen or smashed. or worse thrown at the house. one day i waited up till bout 1 o'clock and as usual these little poops come and we swearing and throwing things and whatnot, ran out there with a golf club chased em down the street, fixed our problems right up

Okay,

Here's mine again from about three-four years ago. My backyard is changing a LOT due to a new powerline and a roadway being built. I'm having to adapt. This photo shows about a third of my display area, and even it has changed with additional area and more bonsai.

I really like some of the ideas I have seen on this thread. I will probably use some of them with the area I'll be expanding in the next couple of years.

Here in Oklahoma the summer sun is relentless and the temps often climb above 100 degrees so I built this shade house to protect my trees. In the winter I cover it with co-poly and keep the temps above 34 degrees.
