Some wonderful display benches out there and every one has been so generous in showing theres that i thought i should show mine.

Not as good as some but functional and cheap enough. 6 foot peices of wood in slats on breeze blocks at different levels. I have the same set up but at the other side (I mean left not front) of the house which provides two very different micro-climates which is helpful. Not bad considering i still live with my parents, look forward to the day when my whole garden can be devoted to it.

Jonny.

Hi Jonny,
I think that you are on the right track. I just wish I started in the art of bonsai when I still lived with my parents. Do they think you are nuts??; If so GREAT!! Keep this picture in your archives, a few years down the road you will look back and it will give you a chuckle. Believe me. Everybody on this forum will agree.*( I think)
The Art of Bonsai is so GREAT that you will grow as a self satisfied patience human being. It will lead you into things that you can't believe.
KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!
John

Yeah I agree. Cool shelves but the ones in front look like they need water, they are really wilting over...

Hi John and Bonsainut,

Thanks for the kind comments, compared to some shelves they don't seem great. Yeah, I think they do think i'm nuts, but lets face it to do bonsai, no matter how many trees you have, you've got to be a little nuts!

I will make sure that i do archive my photos i realise how important they will be if i ever write a book (thats a joke!, seriously, i look forward to looking back at them).

Bonsainut you had me going for a second there!

Jonny.
