sick japanese white pine

i have this jwp that the needles are falling off. it had little white spots on the needles which now seem to have turned into little brown spots. brown in the middle with a lighter circle around them. real small like a needle eye. alot of the needles are yellowing, newer ones too near the tips are yellowing also. i can flake of some of the brown spots which leave the needler more yellow underneath than the surrounding area. also the needles are somewhat curved. i think i may have not watered it enough. i was told not to water it alot but i think i over did it. it become quite dry for awhile. i need help. it cost thirty dollars.

its outdoors. i cant really take a good picture with a webcam

isnt there some kind of spray you routinley spray on pines to keep pests off. copper something or other

Lophodernium needle cast

Pines can be affected by several fungi that cause needle cast, but the most common one is Lophodermium needle cast. Here are two links you can check to see if they correspond to your problem :
