root rot
can someone tell me if root rot can be helped?I have a friend who is having trouble with her juniper. |

I've never had the problem... living in zone 7 in Mississippi, we rarely have a chance for out roots to stay wet enough for root rot.
If memory serves, it is caused by water staying in the soil too long, which is indicative of poorly draing soil. Tell your friend to try a better soil mixture. See my website for my mixture... www.geocities.com/jacksbonsai Hope this helps... Capt. Jack |
